Lucky you! You can leverage my 17+ years of Talent and HR experience. 

I started my HR career by having the right major. I focused on HR management at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and started interning at Menards Corporate. After school, I moved to Bangalore, India to work with Accenture and I also had a short stint at a start-up. 

For the next 15 years, I had a successful HR career at C.H. Robinson, growing in scope and role, with my last position being the Director HR Business Partner for Global Technology. In this role, I partnered with C-suite and executives to identify critical talent needs and ensure HR solutions drove business goals. I have advised leaders from brand new to C-suite. After getting the opportunity to work across the functions of sales, operations, corporate services, engineering and technology, I took a sabbatical to focus on myself and my family. 

In addition to my corporate experience, I served on a non-profit board for 5 years, with 3 years on the executive committee.

My focus today is taking this knowledge and experience to help small and medium-sized companies grow.

A little bit more about me... 

I'm an entrepreneur based in Minneapolis MN. I like to think of myself as the type of partner that gives HR a good reputation and street cred. I am not the compliance police.

I'm an avid reader, a music lover, a practiced cook, a sometimes runner and an abstract painter. I have also been known to golf and ski from time to time. I like a good water slide and/or joke that can get me laughing until my side hurts! I love to spend time with my family.  Our favorite place to be, besides home, is West Maui.
